iM HIghlight: Jeroen’s Honda Civic EJ2

Once again, our homies from the Netherlands show their definition of cleanliness and simplicity.

Jeroen has gotten in touch with us and sent us some pics of his super clean EJ2 coupe.
It’s nice to see a ’92 with mint paint kept in super awesome condition, especially with all the tasteful mods Jeroen has done, this is something we can definitely appreciate. From his 1968 Recaros to his JDM accents, I think this is one clean Civic.

iM Highlight: Shaffy’s Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII

It has been a while since i posted on illmotion.
but better to wait for the good stuff than post the non-ready content.

Dimer, who we all remember from the red wide-body NSX had a magazine shoot in Amsterdam. Since the location was really one of a kind, He also invited his friend Shaffy to join and take some shots of Shaffy’s Lancer Evolution 8.

Usually when we have Evo’s in Holland, it will not be more than a carbon hood and some fancy wheels. But Shaffy gave his machine quite the upgrades it deserved.

To not let you wait any longer, I will just give you guys the complete spec list.
The only question that is left is… who of the two is the quickest. Too bad that it is winter. So we didn’t get to change to test it.

iM x Nijkerk Meet & Greet

About a month ago, Dimer had sent me a batch of photos from the meet and greet that took place down in Nijkerk, Netherlands. As usual, you guys will see a lot of content from the Netherlands thanks to guys like Laurens and Dimer that are extremely generous with their content – not to mention they are happy to shoot for us whenever they attend special events. In return, this allows us to see how they handle their game over there.
Thanks for the quick snaps guys.

NSX Rain Race Crash

Seems like it’s NSX week 😉

Once again – most of you are probably familiar with Dimer’s NSX over in the Netherlands. It’s an interesting story of how he got hold of the NSX – being passed down from his dad after he started having troubles getting in and out of the car.
In the past, Dimer’s dad tracked it quite a bit and now Dimer follows in his track bringing it often to the Nurburgring and various tracks to compete or just have fun.

Back in 2005, Dimer’s dad had brought it to the Spa Franchorchamps and on the Second lap he had crashed at a speed of more than 200 kph at Blanchimont. Due to rain and unpredictable road conditions, you’ll see what happens at the 5:00 minute mark for those impatient ones.

Since then, it has been restored to the state that you’ve all seen in previous posts. As mentioned, Dimer will be going to the Nurburgring shortly, so hopefully we will have some shots of it in action.

iM: Crew Decals

More friends from across the world in the Netherlands reppin’ illmotion. These guys don’t mess around either.. they have some super clean cars and deserve some acknowledgment. Thanks guys!

Car Porn: Dimer’s NSX

Since Jason posted pictures of Dimer’s red NSX twice now, I cannot let you guys miss out on the trailer of the red NSX.

The owner is shooting a small movie with his Canon 7D.

So here is a taste of things to come..

illmotion x Netherlands Meet & Greet

A good friend of mine way over in the Netherlands has been in touch with me continuously through my blog and when illmotion started up. As stated in a few posts down, lots of the stickers have been going to more places than locally. Netherlands is one of those places.
If you recall way back, I posted pics of a red NSX that was just too crazy not to post. Recently, I’ve been also talking to him and he’s got a hold of an illmotion decal as well and he’s in the midst of doing a shoot with his car.

Like the weekly meets we have at Chinook, they have their meet and greet every week as well and Dimer was kind enough to snap some pics and send them my way. Enjoy! Hopefully we’ll get some more pics from Dimer soon for you guys to see. These guys roll hard too.

Girls over there play too 😉

Behold Dimer’s beast
