iM Event Coverage: 2013 VW Close To Home Show…
May 5th, 2013 marked the 2013 Volkswagen Close To Home Show & Shine hosted by CLUB VEE DUB at Calgary’s Northeast Volkswagen Dealer, Fifth Avenue Auto Haus. With the weather being more than stellar for Volkswagen owners and enthusiasts to show off their builds, the turn out was quite impressive as new and classic Volkswagens filled the Fifth Avenue Auto Haus lot throughout the day. The Close to Home Show & Shine had something for everyone as music, contests, food etc. was on hand to keep participants and spectators busy.
A few of us from the crew managed to grab a few quick snaps as we were only able to stay for a short period of time, so here’s a look at what we managed to cover when we were there…

Just wanted to say BRUTAL coverage of close to home. there was over 70 cars registered and thats all the pictures?
@Neil we weren’t there that long and this is what we managed to cover when we got there as we had prior engagements this day. Sorry if it is not much but we did our best to make it out and check out the event.
