Our buddies over at Stretch & Poke out in Toronto held their season ending meet a couple weeks back and by the looks of it they had quite the turn out. Good weather and lots of fresh cars with all sorts of crazy wheel fitment.
The Acura NSX, a car almost every enthusiast dreams of having. Sam, lucky enough to find one and purchase it was happy to hear we wanted to shoot it. After seeing it once or twice throughout the summer we thought we would share the eye candy with everyone else before it goes back into hiding for the upcoming fall/winter season.
Although stock in almost every sense this car is beautiful in every way. With a subtle lowering and fitted with the infamous Volk TE-37s the NSX puts on a stance that’s sure to intimidate.
On to some more pics to showcase what a driving machine really is.

This Saturday, September 24, 2011 marks the FINAL Track Day at Race City Calgary brought to you by Revwerks in collaboration with Garage Box and Vinyl Appeal.
Revwerks is gonna go out with a bang to end the season as this is one of Race City’s last few days until they shut down FOR GOOD, so please join us for some lapping action, BBQ and drinks, a nice little show & shine at the paddock and some dope beats courtesy of special guest, DJ Impuls.
Once again, this is gonna be the LAST Revwerks Track Day at Race City EVER! So we encourage you all to come out and support Race City one final time.
The Year End Track Day Bash starts at 10:00am and goes until 6:00pm.
Here is another Euro that has been in the works for some time. Some of you may remember Reggie’s Integra Feature from last year and wonder what he drove when that was torn apart. Well this BMW is the car that he used and as you can see there was no messing around here either.
Outfitted all around with an AC Schnitzer kit and misc. pieces to match the aggressiveness, Reggie pulled off what you see here.
Having owned the car since 2007 it has seen it’s ups and downs and a fair share of bumps and bruises but with a keen eye and attention to detail, Reggie has kept it clean with simplicity. And clearly we aren’t the only ones that thought so, Reggie and his BMW won best Euro at DTP Edmonton in 2008, Best in Class at World of Wheels, 2nd Best in DTP Calgary in 2009, and Best in Class at Euroquake. With a rap sheet like that it’s no wonder keep striving to bring out more and more with each build!

On Sunday, September 11th 2011, the illmotion crew got the whips shined up and ready to show at MADD Canada‘s “Quarry Park & Polish 2011” auto show event. AMEC, Quarry Park, & Cardel Homes hosted the event to provide more awareness of impaired driving by supporting MADD Canada and the many victims affected by driving under the influence.
With awesome weather (for most of the show anyways) the event brought a very eclectic group of makes and models. Everything from hot rods & classics, domestics, imports, one-off custom builds and even an awesome display of luxury & exotic vehicles were on hand to support MADD Canada and their efforts.
What the crew loves most about this show is appreciation everybody has for each other’s vehicles but more importantly, the impact a community can make on making people aware of impaired driving and it’s consequences.
Shout out to AMEC, Quarry Park, & Cardel Homes for hosting an amazing gathering of vehicles and supporting a great cause, MADD Canada. We cannot wait until next year to kick it with some friends and familiar faces, and of course meeting some new ones.
Couple of us hit up the track last Wednesday night to check out Revwerks latest track day in an effort to take advantage of the nice weather we’ve been getting as of late. Not to mention the remaining weeks/days the tracks going to be open for are quickly coming to an end.
Lots of the usual suspects ripping up the track and a few newcomers, couple pics below.
With the season nearing the end, and with the impending coming of cooler weather, we were happy to have such an awesome warm day for the final GarageBox Track Day of the year and possible last at Race City. It was quite a busy day with a lot of cars out on the track, including a few owned/driven by our very own team members.
I tried to get everything that I could, but a bunch of pics didn’t turn out unfortunately, but all of them can be found here: flickr link
A special thanks goes out to Paul and the crew at GarageBox for putting on another awesome track day. Here’s hoping that there can be more!
Its almost like summer is just getting started, the hot weather finally hit the west coast. And with going back to school, its getting harder and harder to find the time to head out and shoot. Well my buddy recently got this 2006 STI and I figured it was the perfect opportunity to drop the books for a bit and head out for some beautiful evening light. Enjoy.
Hitting up our flickR pool and there are tons of sick rides from so many of you it’s hard to choose. I’ve really been feelin’ rolling shots and a good rolling shot always takes the cake for me.
Here’s a few from mnugent! Check out his work mnugent
