I bet 95% of the people’s cars in the photos are friends cars you guys only support your friends bullshit illmotion. Even the trophies were won by shops and shit they should not count because they have next to unlimited cash flow. So if you guys do support all makes and models then don’t just support your friends cars and put in like five random cars saying you guys support all cars. Get off that bullshit and say you only support your friends not all cars I am not representing illmotion anymore. So long story short font have awards next year instead just give awards to shops for how much money they make.

That’s too bad you feel that way Peter (although using ‘hater’ as an alias probably is more fitting). Just to clarify we shot as many pictures as we could but we were a little preoccupied running the actual event so people like you and your friends could have a good time attending the show. Some cars were missed by accident, others may have had people in the way so they were skipped. As others have said if all you wanted was pictures of your car then why not go buy a camera and take pictures yourself? We do our best to do event coverage but there’s only so many of us and when we’re running the event (which doesn’t just run itself BTW) taking pictures only happens if we have time at the end of the day.

As for the awards, both ‘shop cars’ and cars that have had lots of money spent on them were just as eligible to win an award as your freshly painted 240. In fact no less than three 240′s won awards that day (which I’m sure you can appreciate cause they were pretty crazy cars) and none of them were shop cars and all were built by their respective owners so what gives?

We’re all about receiving constructive criticism to make this event as successful as possible but please don’t come on here and spout off like a true hater and be expected to be taken seriously.

who wants to see 1st gear cars anyway, all those clapped out safety hazards that rod brings to tims. you kids act hard in chinook underground racing and doing half assed drifting. and illmotion has always only cared about their own ‘crew’…they don’t give a shit about any other car scene than the impractical honda/subaru club they got going on and that’s how it will always be…they’ll always say they promote the scene as a whole, but in all the years they’ve been around they haven’t rubbed two fingers together to produce content that is from any other genre than their own…i see no domestic hotrod muscle cars on their pages, just the same old fuckin civics and subarus

Illmotion is responsible for a huge portion of what little coverage we have for the scene here in Canada . These guys have committed a lot of time and resorse into everything they have done not to mention money out of their own pockets to bring us events we would otherwise not have. They have grown up with the scene and there for know most of the people in and around it. FYI there are no “shop” cars in that award lineup nor was it judged by illmotion crew. Keep up the fantastic work fellas.

Last I checked an IP address is only obtainable through a police warrant or an illegal hacking.. so thanks for letting me know of your illegal action, or that you are a liar. Ps just because other people are hating on you now does not mean you need to blame me for all of them, they just agree.

Now on part #4 of pics and the comments haven’t change.
I feel for you Peter. I mean where do these guys get off not even snapping a single photo of your car; then have the nerve to not give you an award. How selfish of them, only thinking of themselves.
I mean who cares about raising money for charity? Illmotion needs to realize that it’s guys like you with average cars and low self esteem that need to be in the spotlight, not all these civics with fart cans and rotas. Peter, I got your back. My glass too is half empty.

    P.S I love Mugen bolts

So guys I will not be posting anymore comments on this subject unless someone is calling me out on things i didn’t do cuz it’s getting too childish for my liking. But just to be clear I never disrespected anyone’s car never said anyone had a fart can on there car or anything like that I have been posting under my own name not done fake made up name. I had something to say that was on my chest so I did that’s all end of story so please don’t say I posted stuff that’s not under my name because I didn’t thank you. BTW Mr.poodle at least I put up my really name not some bull but don’t worry all if you guys still have my respect.

To Peter. My real name is Sean. Yes I realize “you” never said anything about a fart can. I may have made you the main focus of my comment, it was aimed for all who had rather negative comments towards Illmotion, and the show. I didn’t intend to be too offensive with my remarks, but I do stand by what I said. Guess the short of long is we’ll have to agree to disagree about some things from this year. It’s impossible to make everyone happy, but there’s no denying that they (Illmotion) put in a big effort to try, and most guys seem to have overlooked this fact. And again at the end of the day, all the proceeds went to a great cause and that’s something we should all be proud of. So now it’s time to put up or shut up. You’ve got a whole year until the next show; so let’s see what the cars looks like, and hopefully there will be some good shots of it.

      Until the next debate…
      Sean

Haters will always be haters straight up. Coverage for every car is nearly impossible. I love what illmotion is trying to to on the larger scale or smaller. They grow and grow and so will they show so don’t hate. It’s the Internet. Shit happens and work harder for next year and be unique. It’s just a picture not a golden statue of your car…. Mad love for illmotion.

Hater – Just to prove you wrong, I have never met a single person from illmotion, I’ve never done a car show with the group, and I rarely go out to car meets. There is a great pic of my car in part 3.

The best people can do is take pics themselves and post on a forum – obviously the guys from illmotion try to get everything they can.
